Cosmas

Cosmas Group came into existence in the year 1994 as a humble drug formulation unit. In year 2006 Cosmas made a rapid stride by creating a facility of General formulations in Baddi, an Industrial town in the northern part of India.

Another facility in the north of India is located in Ludhiana, about 190 miles from New Delhi. Cosmas had made a conscious shift from a general facility to addressing therapeutic segments. Cosmas Research Lab Ltd. is a world class facility for Oncology and Cephalosporin range of products. The plant is equipped with ultra-modern high speed & high capacity production lines, sophisticated chemical & micro- biological laboratories & brilliant utility network. Most advanced technology has been deployed in the plants, keeping in mind the requirements of advanced markets. All machinery is been imported from Ima Italy .Our facility is OEL-Level-5 compliant. We have isolators for sampling and dispensing and the manufacturing and mixing of the liquid parentals has SIP/CIP systems. The filling machines are fitted with closed RABS technologies with 100% check weigh system and online particle monitoring.

The facility is US-FDA and EU compliant with WHO accreditation wherein we offer wide range of products. At present the plant is manufacturing various formulations in the form of Tablet, Capsules, Dry powder syrups, Dry powder injectable and liquid and lyophilized injections under Oncology.

The company with all the above endeavors has already earned reputation with various national clients and International leading clients of countries like Cambodia, Sudan, South Sudan, Yemen, Chile, Angola, Bolivia, Paraguay, Myanmar, Cameroon Dominican Republic etc. who are getting their products manufactured with us with utmost satisfaction.

We are also actively involved in Govt. and institutional supplies and successfully serving to the Govt. of Rajasthan Medical Supply Corporation (RMSCL) , Uttar Pradesh Medical Supplies Corporation, Central Procurement Agency (Delhi), NHM Assam, Orrisa State Medical Corporation Ltd. (OSMCL), etc.
We have tied up with R&D centers for Bioequivalence studies and Clinical trials. It gives us an edge to get product registration in a country at faster rate. We have In-house facility to develop new formulations with strong F&D team.

Cosmas is engaged in manufacturing and marketing Pharmaceutical and Health Care products. It has organized distribution tie-ups with a product range of around 450 products and still growing. Cosmas is known as a quality conscious and conscientious drug manufacturer of India and comes as an ideal partner for Contract Manufacturing of quality products.
